Returns

Each Elsewhen piece is crafted with care and shipped with intention, and your satisfaction matters to us. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to accept returns within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange for a different piece of equal or greater value, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. Items must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.

Conditions

All items presented for return or exchange must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unsoiled, and unwashed. Elsewhen reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
