All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Elsewhen. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of insufficient stock, payment authorization failure, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and confirmed at checkout. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, Elsewhen is not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. Any payments made will be refunded in full.

Product colors and finishes may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings, which is beyond our control.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not legally binding. We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, however Elsewhen cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the product passes to you.

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, available at elsewhen.space/pages/refund-policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined therein.

Title and legal ownership of all products remains with Elsewhen until full payment has been received. Upon a confirmed refund, ownership reverts to Elsewhen immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
